DESCRIPTION

The Med Clinic Program Manager is responsible for implementing success strategies and proactive support to ensure successful outcomes and care for internal and external clients and customers. Through expert understanding of workflows, strategic planning, outcome measures and team development the Med Clinic Program Manager builds strong and meaningful relationships. The Med Clinic Program Manager is responsible for ensuring both internal and external customers create success through work flows and product development to increase loyalty and retention. They expand client accounts, resolve operations issues, increase customer satisfaction, reduce churn (turnover) and increase revenue through data analysis and client feedback. 

This position supports and coordinates clinic revenue cycle functions that include customer success aligning them with performance metrics in specific categories of revenue cycle (compliance, accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency).

Required

  •  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field is preferred. 
    • Waiver may be granted for an individual with high school diploma (or high school equivalent) with extensive experience with the target population or prior supervisory experience.
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, insurance billing and with at least three years in revenue cycle is required.
  • Must pass CYFD/FBI fingerprint clearance check to maintain employment.
  • Must pass and maintain a Driving Record clearance in accordance with GCLC policies and procedures.

Preferred 

  • Active Registered Nurse - New Mexico Licensure or Compact State Licensure.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field is preferred.
  • Bilingual: Fluency, both verbal and written, in both English and Spanish.
