In this role strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate project records is vital.The **Facilities Coordinator** supports project scheduling, budget tracking, invoice processing, facility drawing updates, inventory management, and the maintenance of districtwide facilities standards. This position also collaborates with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate construction activities, equipment installations, and project-related needs while minimizing disruptions to college operations.**Position Details:*** **Schedule:** Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00am to 4:00pm and offers a hybrid work schedule, with the opportunity to work remotely up to two days per week.
