We are now seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Packaging & Hygiene Solutions team in the Americas region. 

This position will be responsible for the coordination of the corporate accounts team located within North and South America for the Packaging & Hygiene Solutions Commercial organization.  It is a remote position.    

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing, submitting and publishing of customer pricing, terms and conditions
  • Analysis of pricing across the region, maintaining a 'live' pricing tool to ensure effective and timely communication on expiring deals/prices
  • Invoicing analysis
  • Setting up of new vendors
  • Handling TDS/SDS requests
  • Analysis of forecasts with local sales
  • Handling purchase requisitions
  • Providing a merged and general monthly report on the key corporate account activities
  • Preparation, planning and participation with trade fairs, sales meetings and customer events
  • Supporting and promoting the use of Sales Force
  • Working with the Commercial Excellence team on internal activities including training
  • Customer complaint handling
  • Assisting with one to one training related to the internal commercial tools
  • Serve as the contact person for the CAM team and the customer service team for all questions concerning order processing, invoicing, delivery problems and complaints
  • General administrative tasks including work within a large commercial team offering daily support of business activities

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study such as Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales/administration role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English, for internal team coordination and client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work closely with sales teams, marketing, and other departments.
  • Efficiently prioritize tasks, such as coordinating schedules, tracking leads, and managing client communications.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, SAP programs and Salesforce.

The starting salary range for consideration for this position is $67,500 to $84,000 per year with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
