Job description

Talent101 is seeking a Technology Enablement Coordinator to support the AI Center of Excellence (COE) with technology adoption, user communications, content management, and program coordination.

This role will help employees understand, access, and effectively use available technology and AI resources. Responsibilities include developing user communications and reference materials, maintaining SharePoint content, coordinating meetings and events, and providing general program and administrative support.

This is a non-technical AI role. The position does not involve AI development, programming, or building AI models. The primary focus is on communication, organization, user engagement, and technology adoption.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support technology adoption, user engagement, and employee enablement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain quick-reference guides, FAQs, user instructions, and other support materials.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites, including content, resources, announcements, and program information.
  • Develop newsletters, presentations, announcements, and other user-facing communications.
  • Respond to general user questions and help employees locate available tools, resources, and information.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, action items, follow-up activities, and project tasks.
  • Gather, organize, and maintain information and documentation related to technology initiatives.
  • Assist with workshops, training sessions, presentations, and employee events.
  • Track activities and follow up with stakeholders to help ensure assignments and deliverables are completed.
  • Provide general administrative and organizational support to the AI Center of Excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technology enablement, employee communications, project coordination, user adoption, training support, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and follow-through skills.
  • Experience creating user guides, presentations, communications, training materials, or similar content.
  • Experience maintaining SharePoint sites or other digital content platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and activities with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • General familiarity with Generative AI concepts and common business applications.
  • Experience using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI tools.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI, AI governance, or organizational AI policies.
  • Experience supporting technology adoption, digital transformation, change management, or employee enablement programs.


Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and highly organized coordinator who enjoys helping people adopt new technologies. This person does not need to be an AI engineer or developer but should be comfortable learning new technology, creating clear, user-friendly information, and working with both technical teams and business users.
