About the Job:
As an Internal Communications Specialist, you'll support how we connect with employees, franchisees, and restaurant teams across the U.S. system. You'll execute communications across a variety of channels, helping coordinate communications plans for small-to-mid-sized projects and support brand calls efforts. From drafting content and managing timelines to coordinating with cross-functional partners and ensuring every detail is in place, you'll play an important role in keeping our communications clear, engaging, and on track. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, collaborative, and passionate about communications. The Day-to-Day:
• Support the development and execution of U.S. internal communications plans for small-to-mid-sized projects, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate communications across multiple internal channels, including newsletters, the intranet, and other owned communication channels.
• Assist in planning and executing brand calls by managing timelines, coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Draft, edit, and proofread communications that engage employees, franchisees, restaurant leaders, and restaurant teams while maintaining Taco Bell's brand voice and tone.
• Manage communications calendars, project timelines, and approval processes to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Track communication performance and engagement across internal channels, providing reporting and insights to help optimize future communications.
• Research, write, and share stories that highlight Taco Bell's culture, people, and business priorities to strengthen employee engagement and reinforce company values.
• Support urgent communications and assist during time-sensitive or crisis situations as needed, including occasional availability outside standard business hours.
Is this you?
• Four-year degree in a Communications-related field, or equivalent experience required
• At least 3 years of writing and/or professional experience.
• Strong leadership, project management and communication skills to direct and align key stakeholders in the content development and production process.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, intellectually curious.
• Proficient script writing and video editing skills.
• Familiar with intranets, web-based content management, Microsoft Systems (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, etc.) and Adobe Creative suite.
• Flexibility to evolve as business needs change in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $80,000 to $85,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
