We are looking for a hands-on, strategic Communications Lead to drive both internal and corporate communications for our People & Culture function. This role is critical in shaping how we engage our employees and position Tradebe as an employer of choice.

You will partner with senior leadership and the Global Communications team to deliver clear, impactful communications across channels, taking ownership from concept through delivery and approaching employees with the same focus and care as external clients.

Strategic Communications

  • Develop and execute the People & Culture communications strategy aligned with business priorities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on internal communications, messaging, and employee engagement
  • Lead communications for key initiatives such as Employee Engagement Survey results, Town Halls, and leadership messaging

Content Creation & Channel Management

  • Create, manage, and optimize content across internal communication channels and digital platforms
  • Write and edit high-quality content including emails, newsletters, intranet content, leadership communications, and employer branding materials
  • Develop engaging digital assets (e.g., banners, videos, infographics) to enhance communication effectiveness

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to strengthen job postings, employer branding, and recruitment campaigns
  • Support university outreach and recruitment marketing materials

Campaigns & Performance

  • Execute targeted email marketing and digital communication campaigns
  • Monitor performance metrics and deliver KPI-based reporting, using insights to drive continuous improvement

Collaboration & Governance

  • Ensure all communications align with Tradebe brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Collaborate with global and regional communications teams to ensure consistency and alignment
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed
  • Operate as a member of the People & Culture team, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
What's in for you?
  • 4+ years of experience in internal and/or external communications (People/HR communications preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging content
  • Experience managing digital channels and social media platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Hands-on mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation, efficiency, and communication impact
What does the interview process look like?

We believe in a transparent hiring process that values everyone's time and engagement. Candidates should expect the hiring process to follow the order below. At any point in the process, candidates may be declined.

  • Selected candidates who have completed the application will be invited to schedule a 30-minute screening call via Teams with our TA Manager.
  • Next, candidates will be scheduled for a Teams interview with our US Talent Director and our Global Brand and Communications Director.
  • Finally, candidates will be scheduled for a one hour in-person interview with our VP of People and Culture and potentially others from the organization - during this interview candidates might be expected to present a communication exercise.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000-$85,000/year depending on factors such as your location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Please note that the top end of the range is not guaranteed. This range is provided to offer transparency and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed offer. Final compensation will be determined through a thoughtful assessment of your background and fit for the role.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for bonus potential, in line with our company's bonus policies.
