Description
Under direct supervision, the Marketing Communications Leader will lead, develop and execute DMP's overarching communications strategy across all channels. This role owns the voice of the brand and ensures consistent, clear and compelling messaging to internal teams, external partners and customers. This position will lead strategy, execution, measurement and optimization for paid, owned and earned digital/social programs that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, channel loyalty and brand reputation. The leader will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales and executive teams to align messaging with company objectives and drive engagement across DMP's channel and customers. In addition to hands-on execution, this role provides strategic direction, prioritizes initiatives and helps guide communications efforts within the marketing department.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media communications for B2B and/or B2C brands.
  • Proven track record managing paid social/search campaigns with measurable ROI (Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Google Ads).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills across short- and long-form formats.
  • Proficient with analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio/Google Data Studio, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Experience implementing tracking (UTMs, pixels, conversion events) and using data to optimize campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to design tests, interpret results and iterate quickly.
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Expert digital/social strategy and channel tactics.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute digital-first marketing communications strategies across social, paid social, display, search, email and owned content.
  2. Plan, write and publish high-quality content (social posts, captions, long-form articles, landing pages, email copy, ad creative briefs).
  3. Build and manage paid social/search campaigns: audience strategy, creative testing, budgeting, bid strategy and optimization.
  4. Manage organic social presence: content calendars, community engagement, influencer coordination and platform-specific best practices.
  5. Design and run integrated campaign programs (awareness ? nurture ? conversion), aligning channels, messaging and creative.
  6. Apply SEO and content optimization best practices for discoverability and engagement.
  7. Set up and maintain analytics/tracking (UTMs, pixels, conversion events) and dashboard reporting.
  8. Analyze performance and translate insights into clear optimization recommendations and executive summaries.
  9. Conduct A/B and multivariate testing across creative, copy, landing pages and audience segments.
  10. Coordinate with design, product, sales and external agencies/freelancers to produce assets and ensure brand consistency.
  11. Ensure compliance with platform policies, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and brand/legal guidelines.
  12. Stay current on platform updates, emerging channels and digital marketing trends; recommend pilot tests where appropriate.
  13. Observe and adhere to DMP Data Classification policy.
  14. Observes company policies. Continuously reviews processes to improve efficiency while maintaining conformance to requirements and fostering effective internal customer relationships.
  15. May perform related duties or fill in for others in the department or other departments when requested. May train or instruct fellow workers regarding own duties.
