Marketing Manager

InfoWest | St. George, Utah | Full-Time
Description:
InfoWest is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand across all platforms.

This is a full time position working in our St. George, Utah office.

Must have experience working for a small or medium sized company having to wear multiple hats. Personally run Facebook and Google Ads.  Social Media posts, copyrighting, basic graphic design skills, understands Analytics and SEO, ambitious and is willing to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of all marketing and advertising activities.

The ideal candidate will be well rounded, have the vision, experience, and enthusiasm to build and execute strategies that amplify our presence, attract new customers, and strengthen company culture from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities


Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies that align with InfoWest’s mission and growth goals.
  • Develop and execute brand development, advertising campaigns, digital strategies, and community engagement efforts across multiple markets.
  • Identify emerging trends and markets to strategically expand InfoWest’s reach and seize new opportunities.


Leadership & Team Development

  • Help build & grow our marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative environment where ideas thrive and results matter.
  • Partner with company leadership to support and align with company-wide strategic objectives.

Community Involvement

  • Represent InfoWest as a positive and professional ambassador in the communities we serve.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, cities, towns, community groups, nonprofits, and local organizations.
  • Develop creative sponsorships and partnerships that align with InfoWest’s mission and values.
  • Coordinate InfoWest’s presence at local events, community celebrations, and industry conferences.
  • Support youth programs, athletic teams, and charitable initiatives through marketing and branding campaigns.
  • Ensure that community involvement efforts not only promote InfoWest but also strengthen trust, goodwill, and long-term relationships across our service areas.

Employee & Culture Support

  • Manage in-house branding and swag programs to promote company pride.
  • Coordinate morale-building initiatives, recognition events, and internal communication campaigns.
  • Support cross-team collaboration and employee engagement.

Customer Engagement & Acquisition

  • Design campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention with measurable results.
  • Develop and coordinate the distribution of press releases, newsletters, and marketing content.
  • Enhance InfoWest’s online presence, including social media, web, and digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to maximize customer acquisition strategies including attending event sponsorships and sales functions.

Analytics & Performance

  • Develop and track marketing KPIs to measure success and provide executive-level reporting.
  • Continuously evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

Education/Experience:

  1. Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of hands on marketing experience across digital advertising, social media, content creation, branding and customer acquisition.
  3. Leadership experience is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Professional presence and accountability in representing InfoWest.
