Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated and curious individuals to join our team as Interns supporting Production, Clerical, and Engineering functions. This full-time internship runs for approximately 10 weeks during the summer and offers hands-on experience across multiple departments. Interns will gain exposure to manufacturing processes, administrative operations, and engineering project support, making this a valuable opportunity for those exploring career paths in industrial and office environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Support:

  • Assist withassembly,material handling, andbasic welding tasksunder supervision.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform quality checks and support production line activities.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work area.

Clerical Support:

  • Perform general office duties such asfiling,data entry,document preparation, andsupply organization.
  • Assist with scanning, copying, and distributing materials.
  • Support internal teams with scheduling, communications, and project coordination.

Engineering Support:

  • Assist engineering staff withdata collection,documentation, andproject tracking.
  • Help prepare materials for testing, prototyping, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming or problem-solving sessions.
  • Maintain organized records of engineering drawings, specifications, and revisions.
Qualifications:
  • Enrollment in high school, technical school, or college program preferred.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time schedule for approximately 10 weeks.
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety and operational procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are a plus.
  • Interest or coursework in manufacturing, engineering, or business administration is helpful but not required.
