ROLE: SAP Plant Maintenance Location - York , PA (Onsite) Contract Description Functional proficiency with at least 2 years of full lifecycle SAP implementations Strong SAP experience implementing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly. Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation Development Optimization regarding SAP Plant Maintenance and comfortable with leading functional teams within his/her area of expertise. Detailed knowledge of the SAP Plant maintenance master data, Reactive Maintenance, Proactive Maintenance, maintenance notifications, maintenance orders and preventive maintenance, maintenance scheduling, refurbishment process. Ability to configure SAP PM and deliver work products/packages conforming to the clients standards requirements. Experienced in creating test cases, scripts and execution. Good-to-Have 1. Positive attitude 2. Flexible work timing3. Good team player as well as individual contributor Sl. No Responsibility of Expectations from the Role 1The candidate will have to work on S4 HANA Implementation out of offshore. 2Must have a strong analytical skill, translating the business requirements to Functional specifications .3Ability to understand support the technical in RICEF Developments. 4Understanding of SAP roadmap in the relevant module, differences between software version releases and new innovations that are brought in in each of the newer versions, 5Ability to mentor junior team members, prioritize the tasks in a collaborative and Adherence to company documentation standards 6Communicate status to the Global IT leadership team and Finance business partners
