Location: Remote to Puerto Rico

Summary: The SAP ABAP Development Support role provides senior-level technical leadership supporting SAP S/4HANA custom code remediation, performance optimization, and validation activities. This role ensures consistent remediation standards across object types and supports delivery teams through troubleshooting, estimation, and execution.

Job Description:

  • Support the rationalization and prioritization criteria for ranking custom object remediation for optimal performance in the SAP S/4 HANA environment.
  • Provide guidance and assistance in estimating and planning the remediation of a custom object.
  • Ensure remediation efforts have consistent remediation and validation measurements, by object type, to ensure consistency across the team.s
  • Provide troubleshooting and code remediation assistance where needed
  • Conduct and participate in daily standups, weekly status reporting, and reviews

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Minimum 15 years of SAP ABAP development and troubleshooting experience
  • Proven leadership in assessing and prioritizing remediation efforts across SAP technical object types
  • Technical expertise with SAP Project Systems transactions, objects, tables, and API's

Work Environment & Eligibility

  • Remote to Puerto Rico
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
