We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Grandview Psychotherapy Services. This position operates entirely in a remote capacity, leveraging advanced communication technologies to deliver high-quality services and maintain collaborative relationships with team members, families, and stakeholders. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify their strengths and developmental needs.
• Actively participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that are responsive to the unique needs of each child and their family.
• Monitor outcomes and progress as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring collaborative approaches to support child development.
• Provide essential support and counseling to families to enhance their capability to facilitate their child's developmental progress.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices throughout interventions.
• Engage families in developing joint plans, recommending effective strategies tailored to each child's treatment needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all relevant regulations to assure the health and safety of the children and families served.

The LCSW in this role will primarily work with young children (infants to toddlers) experiencing developmental delays and disabilities. This role is vital in helping families navigate early intervention services, providing caregivers with the skills and knowledge necessary to support their child's unique journey. You will focus on promoting developmental milestones in various domains including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as mandated by the Department of Public Health.
• Minimum of one year of direct experience working with children in an early intervention context.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and team members.
• Valid driver’s license is required for potential travel to meet with families and attend community meetings.
