Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Grandview Psychotherapy Services, you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples, focusing on shared goals and challenges while also providing individual sessions to each partner.
• Assess and manage complex family dynamics, addressing issues such as alcoholism, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.
• Facilitate discussions that aim to resolve conflicts among family members, helping to reconcile differences and enhance relationships.
• Provide targeted interventions for families going through challenging transitions, including separation or divorce, blended family adjustments, and job-related stress.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that help improve clients' mental health and relational functioning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will provide care for individuals dealing with issues ranging from emotional distress and psychological disorders to family conflicts and relationship challenges. Your work will significantly contribute to fostering emotional resilience, enhancing family cohesion, and improving overall mental wellbeing across various client demographics.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varied presenting problems.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
