  • Prepare and submit reports to the Director as requested, maintaining accurate and timely data entry within the AWARDS electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment events for interns and trainees in alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Facilitate training workshops for interns while ensuring adherence to current policies across federal, state, and county levels.
  • Maintain thorough and compliant records for each intern, supporting their development and fulfilling university mandates.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly impact individuals struggling with substance use disorders, emotional distress, and family-related issues within a detoxification setting. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, applying tailored approaches to support their recovery journey, and foster an environment conducive to healing and understanding. Your role will be central in helping clients navigate their challenges whilst promoting stability and self-efficacy.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
  • Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
  • Experience in social work, preferably in a mental health or substance use treatment context.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable.
  • Previous work in a detox or inpatient treatment center is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AWARDS or similar electronic health record systems.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
