This position is entirely remote, allowing you to create a flexible work environment while still engaging closely with clients and colleagues. The Detox Center setting offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse populations, where every interaction is aimed at supporting clients through their recovery journey. We utilize the AWARDS electronic health record system for efficient client management and data entry, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of interns, ensuring that they meet academic and organizational standards throughout their assignments.
  • Plan and coordinate ongoing training and workshops for interns, fostering their professional development and compliance with changing legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the tidy and safe maintenance of workspaces, promptly reporting any issues to management for resolution.
  • Participate in program development and evaluation processes, helping to shape the quality of services offered at the Detox Center.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with adults, children, and families experiencing emotional and social challenges related to substance use. Our client population is diverse, and you will have the opportunity to employ specialized therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual's unique background and circumstances. Your role will be vital in helping clients navigate their recovery paths effectively.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection conducive to telehealth services.
  • Must reside in the United States.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with substance use disorders and knowledge of detoxification processes.
  • Proficiency in the AWARDS electronic health record system or similar platforms.
  • Prior experience in a remote work setting, demonstrating self-motivation and effective time management skills.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement plan to ensure your financial security.
