Pitt-Bradford-a NCAA Division III institution-is looking for a Swimming Coach Intern. This is a temporary, on-site, 10-month position.
Duties: Primarily reporting to the head swim coach, the assistant coach will support the head coach in all phases of the swim program. Responsibilities include coaching and teaching (75%) and administrative duties (25%).
Coaching responsibilities:
  • Assist with and provide instruction during practices and matches.
  • Support player development through individual and team sessions.

Recruiting responsibilities:
  • Assist with both on-campus and off-campus recruiting efforts.
  • Coordinate campus visits for prospective student-athletes.

Administrative duties:
  • Monitor academic progress and provide support for student-athletes.
  • Assist with contest management and event operations as needed.

Wage: Pennsylvania state minimum wage at 37.5 hours per week. This position includes housing and a meal plan.
