We are seeking a Regional Manager Business Development to join our team in the South Colorado area.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of core and specialty sales reps and account managers across Southern CO.

  • Drive strategy and execution for regional sales goals, performance plans, and revenue growth targets.

  • Launch and scale new products and diagnostic innovations - turning complex offerings into clear, compelling value for our clients.

  • Foster a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within your team.

  • Engage with top-tier clients, including physicians, clinics, and C-suite stakeholders, cultivating meaningful relationships that drive long-term loyalty.

  • Serve as a cross-functional connector, aligning your team's efforts with lab operations, marketing, and corporate strategy.

  • Develop future leaders by hiring, mentoring, and coaching top talent, while constantly elevating your own leadership toolkit.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma

  • 5 or more years of sales experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or specialty healthcare

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2 or more years of leadership experience (direct or indirect).

Additional Job Standards:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare provider environments, especially physician offices and specialty practices

  • Proven success in leading teams within a matrixed, complex commercial environment

  • Strong business acumen - able to translate insights into action and lead change across regional teams

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence at multiple levels

Pay Range: $115,000 - $125,000 base + sales incentive plan

All job offers will bebased on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicabledegrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.

Variable Compensation:The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics underthe plan.
