This Position reports to:
Directrice de siteAs part of your role, you will provide general administrative support to the organization and, more specifically, to the local management team. You will work closely with the administrative support team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, assisting with the compilation, proofreading, and editing of reports, presentations, organization charts, or any other relevant documents
- Preparing internal communications
- Booking travel arrangements for members of management
- Supporting the administrative assistants team during periods of heavy workload or to cover vacation periods. This may include covering the front desk to greet and check in visitors
- Helping to organize meetings and events
- Any other administrative tasks
Your qualifications:
- You are studying administrative and management techniques
- You have advanced knowledge of computer software, including the Office Suite (particularly Word and PowerPoint)
- You have a good command of French and English, both spoken and written. English is required to communicate regularly with clients outside Quebec.
- You stand out for your sense of initiative and your interpersonal skills
