Qualifications: Previous rowing experience as a coach and/or athlete is preferred.


Classification: High School


Responsibilities

The Assistant Rowing Coach will work closely with the Head Rowing Coach to support the day-to-day operations of the rowing program. Assisting the Head Coach in planning and conducting daily practices. Providing athlete mentorship and supporting the development of all team members. Assisting with preparing the team for competitions and regattas. Promoting athlete development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Supporting the overall organization and success of the rowing program and performing other duties as assigned.


A background in strength and conditioning training is a plus. The position offers a coaching stipend
