Finance IT Intern Position Profile
The Intern will gain hands-on work experience by participating in work projects within the assigned IT function. The intern will assist in the completion of projects while learning in a professional environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support Finance IT applications such as ERP, reporting, and financial systems.
  • Assist on data-cleansing tasks, analyzing legacy-system data and converting it into ERP-ready formats.
  • Assist with system testing, data validation, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams on automation and analytics initiatives.
  • Support AI-enabled financial analysis and reporting initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university or recently graduated within one calendar year.
  • Pursuing a degree in a related field (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Science, or similar).
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Ability to successfully complete all required screenings prior to hire.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to multitask.
  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence concepts is a plus.
Working Conditions
  • Typically works in an office environment with minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary and may involve collaboration across teams.
