An Intern EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Consultant is a trainee or entry-level professional who supports licensed EAP consultants in providing mental health, counseling, and workplace wellness services to employees. They typically assist with client intakes, conduct initial assessments, and help coordinate resources or referrals under supervision. This role allows interns to gain practical experience in employee assistance programs while working toward required licensure or completing educational requirements. Intern EAP Consultants often work in corporate, healthcare, or counseling settings and help promote mental well-being and resolve workplace issues.

What types of projects and responsibilities can an Intern EAP Consultant expect during their internship?
