About the role
We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst Intern to join our team in Barcelona. This role will support the business through financial analysis, reporting, and research activities, working closely with the management team to drive informed decision-making.

Required Competencies & Capabilities

  • Solid knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including
  • Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Strong ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports, statements, and projections.
  • Hands-on mindset, high attention to detail, and strong ownership of tasks.
  • Constant curiosity, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Languages:

  • English: High level (C1 or equivalent) - MUST
  • Spanish: High level or Native - MUST
  • Italian: a plus (not mandatory)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field (required).
  • Master's degree in finance or accounting / MBA (preferred).
  • Internship Requirements (MUST)
  • Ability to sign a University Internship Agreement (Convenio de Practicas).
  • Availability of at least 1200 internship hours.
  • Internship duration: 9 months.
  • Start date: March or early April.
