Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in weekly live video sessions, effectively managing a full caseload while adapting to each client’s unique needs.
  • Collate and analyze data from automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to tailor treatment plans in real-time, ensuring high-quality care focused on client outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation using our user-friendly digital portal, facilitating seamless communication and coordination with other mental health professionals and support staff.
  • Collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers and engage with fellow therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans and share best practices within our growing therapist community.
  • Request and receive direct support and consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team, enhancing your clinical skills and therapeutic efficacy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve adults with diverse emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. You will work closely with clients who come from various backgrounds, requiring a culturally responsive approach that respects and honors their unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications
  • A valid independent license in the state of residence (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) is required; possessing multiple state licenses is highly advantageous.
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
