Social Media & Photography Intern (Paid – Seasonal)

Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders

The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders are seeking enthusiastic and creative college students to join our team as a Social Media Intern for the upcoming season. This paid internship offers hands-on experience creating content for a professional sports organization while helping tell the story of RailRiders baseball through engaging social media coverage.

The Social Media Intern will work primarily on game days, capturing content, interacting with fans, and assisting with the team's digital presence across multiple platforms. This opportunity is ideal for students interested in pursuing careers in sports, social media, marketing, communications, or content creation.

Pay Rate: $7.25/hour

Responsibilities
  • Capture photos and videos during home games and special events
  • Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and other social media platforms
  • Assist with live game-day coverage and fan engagement initiatives
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content featuring players, promotions, and ballpark experiences
