Neurosurgeon – Wheat Ridge, CO
When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.”

About this role:

You will be a part of creating a Neuroscience Center of Excellence at Lutheran Medical Center where you will help build on an already solid foundation of a broad continuum of care for brain and spine patients. Here are just some of the highlights you can expect:

  • You would practice at our Wheat Ridge clinic and perform surgeries at our beautiful, new Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, CO
  • This is a 5 day work week M-F with 1:4 call
  • Your practice would consist of ~30% cranial and 70% spine cases
  • Designated Neuro Critical Care unit and epilepsy monitoring unit with a strong nursing staff
  • Growing Primary Care referral base within Intermountain Health Medical Group

How we'll support you:

Compensation: Our competitive compensation consists of a base salary of $875,000 plus a wRVU incentive. We are also offering a $25,000 sign on bonus. A relocation bonus of up to $20,000 is also available if applicable.

What you’ll bring:

  • MD/DO education
  • Current, unrestricted CO license or able to obtain, required
  • Board Certified or Eligible by the American Board of Neurological Surgery, required
  • Will consider newly graduated Neurosurgery residents
  • Trained in both brain and spine surgeries, required
