Job description

Office located in Carrollton / Territory covers Fort Worth
Account Executive
Natura is a fast-growing interiorscape company transforming commercial spaces across Texas and Florida through interior and exterior plant design, living walls, moss walls, and seasonal installations. We help businesses create environments where people thrive, improving employee well-being, client experience, and overall workplace performance.
We operate at the intersection of design, service, and business impact. Our solutions are not simply decorative; they are strategic investments companies make to enhance their spaces, strengthen their brand experience, and support the people who work in and visit those environments.
For relationship-driven sales professionals, Natura offers a high-opportunity environment: a differentiated service, long-term client relationships, a growing market, and the ability to grow revenue through both existing account expansion and new business development.
Our Core Values
At Natura, everything we do is rooted in our Core Values. They define how we work, how we sell, and how we serve our clients. They are expected in every interaction and every client relationship.
People: Place others' needs first and treat everyone with respect.
Ownership: Take responsibility, do it right, and speak up when needed.
Faith: Honor God in all things.
Learning: Stay curious, take initiative, and keep growing.
Quality: Deliver nothing less than the best.
About the Role
We are seeking a driven Account Executive to grow and manage commercial client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand Natura's services within the market.
This role is responsible for strengthening existing accounts, uncovering growth opportunities, developing new relationships, and partnering with clients to create biophilic design solutions that support their spaces and business goals.
Success in this role comes from strong relationship-building, consistent follow-up, thoughtful discovery, proactive account growth, and the ability to manage opportunities from first conversation through proposal, close, and handoff.
What you will do:
• Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with commercial clients and decision-makers
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through added services, enhancements, seasonal décor, exterior programs, living walls, moss walls, and plant upgrades
• Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, prospecting, and market presence
• Conduct discovery conversations with property managers, facility leaders, designers, business owners, and other commercial decision-makers
• Develop and present tailored proposals for interior and exterior plant programs, moss walls, living walls, seasonal décor, and other biophilic design solutions
• Partner with internal design, operations, and service teams to ensure client needs are understood and solutions are delivered effectively
• Manage client communication, follow-up, pricing conversations, and proposal revisions
• Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot and provide visibility into pipeline, account activity, and growth opportunities
• Consistently meet or exceed sales activity, retention, growth, and revenue targets
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by helping them see the value of investing in spaces where people thrive
Why Natura
• Uncapped earning potential
• Opportunity to grow revenue through both existing client relationships and new business development
• A differentiated, design-driven service that clients value
• Long-term commercial relationships with room for account growth
• A collaborative environment where strong performance is recognized and rewarded
• Creative, visible work that transforms real spaces
• Direct connection between effort, execution, client relationships, and income
What We're Looking For
• Experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or commercial client relationship management
• Proven ability to grow relationships, identify opportunities, and close business
• Comfortable with outbound activity, including calls, emails, networking, referrals, and in-person outreach
• Strong discovery, communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to build trust with commercial decision-makers and serve as a consultative partner
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple accounts, opportunities, and priorities
• CRM discipline and pipeline accountability
• Comfortable discussing pricing, handling objections, and moving opportunities forward
• Motivated by relationship growth, client success, and revenue impact
• Interest in design, commercial spaces, hospitality, property management, workplace environments, or biophilic design is a plus
This is not a role for:
• Order-takers
• Candidates who only want to maintain accounts without identifying growth opportunities
• People who rely solely on inbound leads
• Candidates who avoid prospecting, follow-up, or pricing conversations
• Someone who needs heavy structure to stay active and accountable
Compensation
• Base salary + commission
• Uncapped commission opportunity
• Health, dental, and vision benefits
• 401(k) with company match
• PTO and paid holidays
• Mileage reimbursement + company-provided technology
Interview Process
• 15-minute initial screen
• 30-minute in-depth interview
• Final 60-minute panel interview and role play with our executive team
What Success Looks Like
• First 30 days: Ramp-up completed, key accounts reviewed, CRM activity underway, and prospecting started
• First 90 days: Active account growth opportunities identified, consistent follow-up established, and early proposals or closed opportunities in progress
• First 180 days: Strong client relationships, stable pipeline, repeatable account growth process, and consistent revenue contribution
