You'll work independently on a structured route, visiting various client locations to nurture their plants and build strong relationships.

What You'll Do
  • Be a plant care expert: Water, fertilize, trim, and maintain a variety of indoor and outdoor plants.
  • Keep things pristine: Identify and remove damaged foliage and stage plants to look their best.
  • Protect and defend: Monitor for pests and diseases and take action to keep plants in top condition.
  • Build client relationships: Communicate professionally with clients and deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Bring
  • Plant knowledge: A solid understanding of plant care and a passion for horticulture.
  • Safety first: A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements
  • Lift 10 lb. water buckets and/or load and unload 40-50 lb. water machines throughout the day.
  • Climb ladders and have good dexterous use of both hands.
  • Use scissors, pruners, hand saws, hoses, and other small tools.
  • Apply leaf cleaners and insecticides using hand-held pump sprayers.
  • Work a 10-hour day in varying greenhouse and/or office conditions, requiring good vision, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
