To thrive as an Interior Project Manager, you need strong project management skills, a background in interior design or architecture, and often a relevant degree or certification such as PMP. Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), project management tools (like MS Project or Asana), and knowledge of building codes are typically required.
