What is interior procurement?

Interior procurement is the process of sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating all the furniture, fixtures, equipment, and materials needed for interior design projects. These skills ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement of materials and furnishings, directly impacting project success and client satisfaction.
