We partner closely with clients, architects, and construction teams from concept through final installation on projects throughout the Valley and beyond.

Primary Function

The Residential Interior Designer is responsible for developing and executing exceptional interior design solutions for luxury custom homes. • Develop detailed FF&E packages (furniture, fixtures, equipment, window treatments, art, and accessories), including product research, sourcing, pricing, and specifications.

• Manage project documentation and workflows in Fohlio and other project management platforms.

• Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and installers to ensure quality, timelines, and design intent are met.

• Excellent eye for detail, proportion, texture, and timeless design.

• Strong communication, client service, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively with construction and design teams.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and professional.

Education & Experience Preferences

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a closely related field strongly preferred.

• 3+ years of professional experience in residential interior design (luxury or high-end residential experience highly preferred).

• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
