Job description

Our client is a professional services company and is looking for an interim CFO to bridge a transition gap. The company is headquartered in USA and has a strong presence in Singapore and India.As the Interim CFO, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial strategy of our client during a transition period. You will provide strategic financial leadership, drive financial planning, and ensure sound fiscal management to support this client.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with our mission and goals, ensuring financial stability and sustainability.
  2. Financial Planning: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including long-term financial planning, capital allocation, and cost management.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to the executive leadership team and board, offering insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  5. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to optimize liquidity while maintaining a prudent financial posture.
  6. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  7. Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and government agencies, to ensure transparency and compliance.
  8. Special Projects: Lead financial assessments and due diligence for potential strategic initiatives, partnerships, and investments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role.
  • Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic financial management.
