Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives? Dependable Health Services is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in Tucson, AZ.

In this rewarding role, you’ll provide personalized in-home care that supports the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of each patient. You’ll work alongside an interdisciplinary healthcare team to help patients achieve the highest quality of life while remaining safely and comfortably at home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

  • Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per physician orders

  • Educate patients and families on disease management, safety, and wellness strategies

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

  • Supervise and document care provided by LPNs and Home Health Aides (HHAs)

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate high-quality patient care

Qualifications
  • Current Arizona RN license in good standing

  • Minimum of one year RN experience preferred

    • Home health, hospice, rehab, or critical care experience is a plus, but not required

  • New Grad Nurses encouraged to apply through our Ambassador Program

  • Current CPR certification

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
