Overview
Job Purpose
Intercontinental Exchange is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Associate to support servicing solutions in the mortgage technology business. This role is responsible for various aspects of assigned marketing projects, with projects specifically focused on marketing campaign efforts related to sales, business operations, customer service and ICE employees. This role typically involves extensive interactions with cross-functional teams of various functional areas of the business.
Responsibilities
  • Plans and coordinates various aspects of marketing campaign projects from initiation through delivery and ensures requirements align to operational standards.
  • Supports the business with various marketing activities, including advertising (print and digital), lead generation, sales promotion, collateral, tradeshows, events, thought leadership, website and social media activities by coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, delivering tactics on time to ensure that project results are in line with corporate expectations. This can include copywriting, editing and proofreading materials.
  • Project manages multi-channel lead generation campaigns in support of specific business objectives. Manages project initiation activities that include identifying clients or business needs and goals, necessary contacts and access to existing information as needed.
  • Routes sales leads from various efforts (events, emails, webinars, podcasts, advertising) as appropriate to sales for follow-up. Develops, defines and executes project plans, project scope, activities schedules, budgets and deliverables.
  • Identifies and coordinates needed resources for project execution, implementation and analytics for assigned projects, including activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments, and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope.
  • Manages project activity progress to support project campaign goals (e.g., deadline, scope and quality).
  • Serves as liaison between internal organizations, as well as client and vendor/subcontractor organizations, to ensure all project targets and requirements are met.
  • Supports event and tradeshow activities, including communications, presentations and speaker notes, and sales requests.
  • Conduct project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, hand over documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams, and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement.
  • Minimal travel may be required (around 10%).
  • Performs additional related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of standard marketing concepts, practices, and procedures of communications (including writing and editing)
  • Knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines
  • Deep knowledge of marketing and communication processes and best practices
  • Demonstrated skill in managing project and timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled knowledge of production requirements for marketing materials (ads, printing, digital, etc.)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to interact effectively with division leads and, in some cases, clients or third parties

Preferred Knowledge and Experience
  • Mortgage industry knowledge
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools, project management software and/or CRM systems (i.e., Monday.com, Salesforce MS Dynamics)

New York Base Salary Range
The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $100,000 - 120,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
