Overview

Job Purpose

The New York Stock Exchange (an Intercontinental Exchange company) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Market Data Administration team as a Business Analyst. This role will be supporting the NYSE's data business, managing data orders, maintaining customer relationships, and resolving issues related to market data subscriptions.

Responsibilities

  • Process NYSE data subscription orders.

  • Address client inquiries regarding market data.

  • Analyze customer information.

  • Assist team members to maintain strong customers relationships.

  • Be involved and learn about the market data industry.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a field that demonstrates analytical disciplines.

  • 1+ year work experience in financial services or similar environment.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Problem-Solving: Effective in resolving client issues and challenges.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in reports and data management.

  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft suite products (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook), AI literacy, familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.

New York Base Salary Range

The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $75,000 - $90,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation.? While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
