Overview
Job Purpose
Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) presents a unique opportunity for a full-time Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join the Houston team, responsible for supporting Americas new and existing WEBICE customers, FCMs and middle / back-office users of ICE trading / clearing applications.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supporting clients using the WEBICE trading application and associated suite of products
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and current users through continued training and floor visits
  • Become an expert in the content and functionality of WEBICE and suite of associated products
  • Channel customer feedback into the product development and technology teams
  • Build good understanding of customer workflows and their toolset (ICE or otherwise)
  • Build good understanding of competitive landscape and their offerings. Document key critical gaps in our offering vis-a-via marketplace and get that channeled into our roadmap working closely with product teams
  • Ability to conduct high level presentations to traders, quants, and risk managers, within the banking, trading, hedge fund & broking community
  • Maintain high level training sessions with ability to cross sale other ICE solutions and product derivatives
  • Candidate must understand futures and options
  • Provide bi-weekly customer feedback to the Product Management team and document accordingly
  • Travel would be required

Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Outlook, Salesforce, Instant Messaging, and desktop trading/execution/market data systems
  • Qualifications: Understand key target industries, trends in industry and emerging technologies
  • Pro-active approach to calling customers, managing their time effectively and scheduling a weekly diary with client site visits and online training demos
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets (Exchange and/or OTC) and derivatives
  • Any prior exposure to an Exchange, futures /options/ OTC trade lifecycles, trading or working with desktop commodity applications
