Position Summary:
As our Molding Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining molding machines, in compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 2 year's minimum experience in manufacturing and molding machine operation
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Are You Our Next ACE?
  • Responsible for initial start- up and processing of all molding machines and auxiliary equipment
  • Participate in the set-up and sampling of the new, transferred, and modified molds
  • Ability to debug and take corrective action on molds and processes as necessary
  • Work with tooling and Process Engineer as required
  • Communicate clearly and consistently across the organization in a way that fosters employee engagement at all levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure priorities are met
  • Identify knowledge gaps and provide/propose required training to improve performance
  • Focuses on driving safety, quality, and productivity

Pay Transparency:
Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
