As a multimedia designer, you'll create e nga ging digital media products that support mission-focused training and communication requirements. In this role, you will collaborate with instructional designers, multimedia develop ers, active-duty military subject matter experts, and government clients to produce high-quality video, animation, and interactive training content. Your responsibilities will cover the entire production lifecycle, including concept develop ment, storyboarding, video capture, audio recording, editing, motion graphics, animation, and final delivery. You will leverage your creative and technical expertise to translate complex procedures, technical information, and instructional content into compelling visual experience s. Additionally, you will have opportunities to support eLearning and interactive content develop ment using tools such as H5P. This position is located in Virginia Beach, VA. You'll impact the work we do for training across the Marines Corps and the solutions we deliver for the client. You Have: * Experience with professional video production, editing, and rendering
* Experience operating video cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and related production equipment
* Experience editing video and audio using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
* Experience creating motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects
* Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition
* Experience develop ing visual and multimedia assets for digital, video, instructional, or training products
* Ability to manage multiple production assignments and meet established deadlines
* Ability to collaborate with clients, subject matter experts, instructional designers, and creative team members
* Secret clearance
* Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, video production, animation, graphic design, or digital media, or 7+ years of experience in multimedia design, video production, animation, graphic design, or digital media in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: * Experience supporting Department of War or U.S. Federal Government clients
* Experience producing technical, procedural, or instructional video content
* Experience creating 2D or 3D animations, and with 3D modeling or animation sof tware, including Blender or Maya
* Experience develop ing interactive content using H5P
* Experience develop ing eLearning or web-based training products, and supporting instructional design or training develop ment teams
* Experience working with military training content, technical equipment, or operational procedures
* Experience develop ing storyboards, scripts, shot lists, or production plans
* Knowledge of learning management systems and digital training delivery
* Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements
