Job Summary:

They are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Executive Producer to oversee multiple high-impact client engagements and guide both internal teams and clients through the complex project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for a variety of digital projects, including strategy, websites, e-commerce, videos, systems, and products.
• Scope Management: Define project scope of work, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Timeline & Budget Management: Develop and manage daily tasks, and create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate and manage project resources, including producers, designers, developers, QA specialists, and external resources.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
• Process Improvement: Drive process optimization and adherence. Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project management processes and best practices.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage client expectations, multiple demands, and competing priorities with finesse. Serve as a point of escalation for client projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• New Business: Manage new business opportunities and establish project approaches and scopes for new engagements.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Candidate must be located in the San Diego area and able to work our hybrid schedule.
• 10+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency setting.
• Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing a variety of digital projects, including websites, e-commerce, and system designs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
• Ability to manage client expectations, multiple demands, and competing priorities.
• Ability to own and execute projects from conception to completion, including scheduling, task assignment, progress tracking, and status reporting.
• Experience in organizing project schedules, including task lists, dependencies, milestones, and review meetings.
• Experience in managing project financials, including estimates, budget tracking, and revenue.
• Ability to manage project resources within a matrix organization.
• Skill in managing project risk and developing mitigation plans.
• Ability to manage trade-offs between scope, quality, time, and cost.
• Experience in managing project scope, including statements of work, requirements documentation, change requests, and maintenance logs.
• Deep digital experience, understanding of best practices, and project management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and drive every phase of the project lifecycle.
