Job description

  • Assist DoW leadership in the conduct of oversight and governance, to include staff assistance visits and compliance inspections, for functional intelligence support (SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, OSINT).
  • Produce and disseminate reports and briefings that detail functional intelligence support (SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, OSINT) activities and investments for Congress and Senior Executive Branch officials.
  • Support customer in the synchronization of activities to functional intelligence capabilities . Support development and implementation of policy guidance for DISE functional intelligence processes, concepts, training, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist the Functional Intelligence Division Chief in War Analysis Division Chief in conducting oversight the defense intelligence enterprise managers (DIEM). Develop and monitor metrics to ensure the DIEM enterprises are healthy and able to provide timely support to the warfighter.
  • Conduct research and analysis; draft formal positions; review and analyze documents, talking papers, memoranda, and letters in the form of OSW staff packages, ensuring compliance with OSW policies and enabling functional intelligence oversight (SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, OSINT).

Requirements
  • TOP SECRET Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
  • 3 years of experience supporting functional intelligence programs within the DoW
  • Experience preparing or contributing to executive-level briefings, issue papers, staff packages, or decision memoranda for senior government leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Good communication skills, self-starter mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment:
