Founded in 2018 by IITB alumni, our journey began when our founders Shantanu and Sangram faced the antiquated the $13B+ lending/collections industry was mostly using pen and paper and decided to build the first real intelligence layer for debt recovery.

Today, we stand at the forefront of a seismic shift in the industry, building Agentic AI applications for loan servicing and collections. Powered by our cutting-edge platform, Prodigal's Intelligence Engine (PIE), we're creating the next-generation agentic workforce - one that empowers companies to achieve unprecedented levels of operational excellence and intelligence.

Our Solutions

We are building vertical AI agents that will fundamentally impact how the multi-trillion-dollar debt industry is managed. Our vision is driving payments for our customers by hyper personalizing consumer treatments using AI. Our solutions automate lending operations for consumer finance companies across the lending value chain.

About the Role

Prodigal is looking for an Account Executive (AE) to join our core sales team. We're a small team and looking for someone with at least 3 years of Mid-Market Sales experience. We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for solving problems and delighting their customers. You will be working with a wide range of companies and have the opportunity to work on strategic, complex deals.

Location - Remote (~2 hour drive from Mountain View, CA so we can meet in person once a week)

What you'll do

  • Drive revenue growth by selling Prodigal's AI agents to CXOs/VPs of Lenders, BPOs/Call centers with a typical sales cycle of ~90-120 days

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads passed on by the BDR team, and managing opportunities through the sales funnel to close a quota of $800k+ annually.

  • Work closely with the leadership team to shape and execute sales strategies, helping to position the product and highlight its unique value propositions.

  • Partner with the BDR, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize end-to-end sales processes.

  • Gather and share insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity to influence product roadmap and company strategy.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years in a full cycle sales role

  • Strong discovery and interpersonal skills

  • High agency and unafraid to experiment and learn

  • Relentless pipeline generation, partnering with Marketing and Sales Development but also executing your own daily and weekly outreach through multiple channels

  • Experience in consumer finance is a huge plus; understanding our buyers needs: customer service and collections within agencies, BPOs, automotive and healthcare revenue management businesses

  • Located near Mountain View ~2 hour drive so we can meet once a week to brainstorm

90 Day plan

  • Day 0-30 - Acquire domain knowledge, understand our App-suite, master debt-collection talk tracks

  • Day 30-60 - Take over 15 active Mid-Market opportunities.

  • Day 60-90 - Close your first $100k+ ARR deal.

Pay Range - $200k-$280k OTE + ESOPs
