Senior Associate Attorney – Labor amp; Employment

F3 Law provides legal support to the public schools that serve our children and communities. We have an opening for a Senior Labor amp; Employment attorney in our Sacramento office who would help support K-12 school and community college clients navigate a broad range of operational legal issues.

The incumbent will work alongside collegial and results-oriented practitioners in multiple practice areas, including Labor and Employment, Negotiations, Students, and Public Agency Governance.

We seek a thoughtful attorney with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with 6+ years of practice experience. . Candidates must be a member of the State Bar of California.
This position's reasonably expected base salary range is $175k - $215k per year. The actual base salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
