Location: Houston, TX - 77032
Description:

Role Overview: The Operations Support Associate helps sales and branch operations by managing data, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring customer contracts, billing, and invoicing are accurate. The job may involve supporting several business units and is important for maintaining documentation, processing payments, and resolving customer issues.


Key Responsibilities:
Handle complex or non-routine customer issues
Review and clean up data
Work with both internal and external customers
Provide on-site support to service centers when necessary
Manage exception reports for purchase orders that don't comply with requirements
Resolve issues from third-party order processors
Create orders for quoted jobs or installations using SAP
Submit invoices through vendor portals
Help with standard customer master data workflows
Maintain a safe work environment and foster a culture of innovation
Work independently or with guidance as needed
Complete tasks within Xylem’s Delegation of Authority policy
