Job description

Senior Calibration-Metrology Engineer | Houston, TX | Onsite

We are looking for a Senior Calibration-Metrology Engineer to support calibration and measurement management systems within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and improve calibration and measurement management systems.
  • Develop calibration procedures, metrology SOPs, and measurement uncertainty methodologies.
  • Perform Measurement Uncertainty, PAR, TMU, and RSS Guard Banding analysis.
  • Conduct OOT/OOC investigations, product impact assessments, and criticality reviews.
  • Optimize calibration intervals using statistical analysis and risk-based decision making.
  • Improve calibration methods for manufacturing and inspection equipment.
  • Support regulatory, customer, and internal audits.
  • Develop training and qualification programs for metrology personnel.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation, Laboratory Operations, and Quality teams.
