Job description

We have partnered with a confidential client in the Pipeline Services and Integrity sector to identify a Project Manager responsible for managing awarded in-line inspection (ILI), pipeline integrity, and related service projects from initiation through completion.

This role is suited for a professional with strong field execution experience who can also manage projects in an office environment, coordinating resources, schedules, and client expectations to ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned ILI and pipeline integrity projects from award through close-out
  • Review and confirm technical, commercial, and contractual requirements at project kickoff
  • Coordinate with field teams to schedule personnel, tools, and equipment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Gather inspection, testing, and data-handling requirements required for execution
  • Develop and manage project schedules, including mobilization and deployment planning
  • Monitor project progress and address scope, schedule, or execution issues
  • Communicate client-requested changes and support resolution
  • Support field execution and assist with operational issue resolution
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, accurately, and within agreed timelines
  • Complete all required project close-out documentation and reporting

Qualifications

  • Minimum three (3) years of project management experience within in-line inspection (ILI), pipeline integrity, or pipeline services
  • Strong understanding of pipeline inspection operations and integrity workflows
  • Hands-on field experience supporting pipeline or integrity programs
  • Working knowledge of industry-recognized pipeline inspection standards
  • Experience with pipeline cleaning, filtration, hydrostatic testing, or in-ditch validation considered an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or within cross-functional teams
