Job description

Integrity Home Care by BAYADA is currently looking to add a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) to our Joplin, MO Assistive Care State Programs team.

Are you ready for something new in your nursing career? We are seeking a nurse that is passionate about keeping care in the homes and developing skills for upward career mobility. If you’re ready to make a change, we’re ready to invest in you!

Responsibilities for a Registered Nurse Manager (RN):

  • You will visit our geriatric clients and conduct assessments in Joplin, MO and surrounding areas.
  • You will communicate with clients, field staff, office, and clinicians.
  • You will supervise and support staff in the field.
  • You will facilitate new hire orientation for staff
  • You will participate in the training of new employees and in-services for field staff to provide exceptional care

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse Manager (RN):

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
  • Experience under 2 years will be considered for a Clinical Associate position.
  • Home Care experience preferred.
  • Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
  • Experience with assessments preferred.
