POSITION OVERVIEWย 

The Associate Project Manager has the primary responsibility to coordinate the execution of all projects (TV, Digital, Print, Mobile, etc.) for all assigned brands. This position is the hub of communication for the team regarding all project deliverables. It requires great attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.ย 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESย 

  • On any given day you can expect to:ย 
  • Assist in the development and tracking of integrated project plans alongside Senior Project Managers.ย 
  • Adapt and apply the delivery approach to meet project objectives and client business drivers with ownership of project communications.ย 
  • Prepare submissions for projects.ย 
  • Assist in project estimations, facilitate the development of project deliverables, and maintain processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle.ย ย 
  • Develop timelines with input from relevant departments.ย 
  • Update timelines based on client and/or internal changes, keeping accurate timelines throughout the life of the job.ย 
  • Remind team members of upcoming due dates and alert the key partners shouldย dates shiftย along the life cycle of the task.ย 
  • Review weekly estimates v. actuals and submit accurate timesheetsย daily.ย 
  • Coordinate and run weekly statusย meetingย and provide day-to-day project status to the team.ย 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Proven project management, time management, organization, and prioritization skillsย 
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasksย ย 
  • High level of language and communication skills as well as an interest in high scienceย 
  • 1-3 years' experience within Advertisingย or related industryย
