  • Drive teams to high performance by recognizing strengths and improvement areas and applying effective coaching and development techniques.

  • Guide delivery execution using McKesson's delivery methodologies, ensuring teams adhere to governance, compliance, and quality standards.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, status reports, risk logs, dependency maps, and post-project evaluations.

  • Provide multi-level status reporting, translating complex technical progress into clear business terms for senior leadership and technical teams.

  • Champion process improvement by introducing updated practices aligned with evolving infrastructure technologies, automation trends, and market demands.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Experience/Skills:

  • Strong experience in IT project management, including direct experience managing network infrastructure or cloud transformation programs (e.g., WAN/LAN modernization, SD-WAN, data center network builds, enterprise connectivity).

  • Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline), or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.

  • Working knowledge of enterprise network technologies such as SD-WAN, MPLS, routing/switching, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, VPN, and wireless infrastructure.

  • Experience with network vendor and carrier management, including circuit procurement and SLA oversight.

  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and their network dependencies (Azure, AWS).
