Job description

Position Summary

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager and site team in administering and coordinating institutional construction projects. This role plays a critical part in documentation control, procurement support, and communication flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in contract administration and document control

  • Issue and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders

  • Support procurement and tendering processes

  • Maintain project logs and cost tracking systems

  • Assist in schedule updates and reporting

  • Coordinate communication between consultants, trades, and internal teams

  • Support close-out documentation and turnover packages

Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in construction project coordination

  • Institutional or public-sector project exposure preferred

  • Familiarity with CCDC contracts

  • Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar software

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
