Position Title: Integrated Marketing Manager
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000

Position Description:
This is a hybrid position located in Lansing, MI.

Güd Marketing is seeking a collaborative, future-forward team leader to serve as an Integrated Marketing Manager. This role will help advance our agency’s culture of collaboration and integration across strategy, media, creative, and PR by bringing together the best of our cross-functional talent to deliver results for mission-driven clients.
This leader will manage a highly collaborative, cross-functional team while also supporting a strong foundation of process, accountability, and growth. They will play a key role in strengthening our integrated marketing offerings by staying ahead of emerging trends in paid, owned, earned, and shared channels—while supporting the development of internal talent, recruiting new voices, and championing Güd’s values.
They should be energized by technology, smart data use, AI and the power of cross-discipline creative work. They will also be a champion for both client results and internal team growth, working alongside other discipline leads to model collaboration and integrated planning.

Essential Responsibilities amp; Duties:
  • The quality and consistency of integrated marketing strategies across client accounts
  • Fostering cross-functional collaboration among strategy, media, creative, PR, and account teams
  • Keeping the agency current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in integrated marketing
  • Developing and mentoring staff within the integrated marketing team
  • Supporting business development efforts when integrated thinking is required
  • Ensuring that campaign outcomes align with client goals and Güd’s standards for mission-driven impact
  • Drives client facing reporting schedules, tools and presentations on campaign success and opportunities
  • Collaboratively identifying opportunities for additional client investment in strategies and mediums that would benefit their causes.
Essential Skills Necessary:

  • Lead the end-to end implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Oversee progress of implementation deliverables and proactively resolve delays or roadblocks.
  • Build, mentor, and elevate teams across PR, digital, media. Ensure seamless integration of specialties, turning communications plans into action.
  • Architect holistic audience journey strategies across Paid, Earned, Owned, and Shared media
  • Ensure message consistency across all channels
  • Develop and deliver measurement frameworks that go beyond campaign outputs to show true business impact.
  • Lead exploration and integration of emerging technologies (AI, automation) with ethical, human-centered approaches
  • Foster culture of continuous learning, curiosity, strategic thinking and collaborative problem solving.
  • Assess skill gaps and recruit specialized talent where needed (you won't do it all yourself!)
  • Create training programs on emerging trends, tools, and methodologies

Education amp; Professional Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field required
  • 7–10 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or advertising, preferably in an agency environment
  • 3+ years in a leadership or team management role with demonstrated success growing and mentoring others
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and integrated campaigns, ideally within mission-driven or public-sector work
  • Demonstrated understanding of paid, owned, earned, and shared media channels and how they work together
  • Demonstrated ability breaking down complex ideas and media ecosystems into clear client recommendations
Travel amp; Work Environment:
  • Hybrid remote/in-office with occasional travel for strategic meetings, presentations, or workshops.
