The Workday Integration Specialist is responsible for supporting Priceline's Workday tenant for our global employee population. This position ensures we optimize design and configuration to deliver brilliant execution of people processes. This position is the 'go to' expert for Workday Integrations and Custom Reporting. This position will be key to HR Operations successfully supporting our company's growth. Providing accurate and timely employee data to internal and external clients.
In this role you will get to:
Responsible for "Tier 2" support of Workday Business Process configuration,
Report creation, Security assignments and Integration development and issue
resolution for Global HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Advanced Compensation,
Performance Management and Talent.
Design, configure, test and implement Workday and HRIS System integrations,
security, custom reports and business processes along with the support of our
"Tier 3" Service provider.
Design and build integrations between Workday and multiple internal and
external systems using Workday's Web Services API and Integration Tools (EIBs,
Document Transformation, Studio and Cloud Connectors)
Design, configure, test, and deploy business processes, custom reports and
integrations in alignment with evolving business needs and automation
opportunities.
Perform ongoing maintenance of active integrations and provide support for
stakeholder service requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, conduct testing, and ensure successful release and user adoption while adhering to project schedules.
Recommend improvement opportunities and continuously innovate across the Workday platform and other HRIS systems.
Collaborate with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and
hardware.
Often works with the Payroll Team to coordinate retrieval and reporting of
complex data.
May serve as HR department liaison to MIS/IT function.

Ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and
collaborates with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term-
planning.
Serve as a technical point-of-contact assisting process owners with ensuring data integrity and testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows
for process improvement opportunities.
Support system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as
assigned

Who you are:
2-4 years of experience working with Workday HCM Configuration, Integrations,
Security, Calculated Fields and Reporting.
Sound understanding and experience of Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, Document Transformation, and BIRT. PICOF experience is a plus.
Expertise in data transformation languages including XSLT, XTT/ETV
Solid understanding of Workday SOAP and REST web service directories and
related security domains (preferably in HCM domains)
Familiarity with XML and JSON preferred
BS/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Workday certification preferred
Ability to develop and communicate technical ideas and solutions to non-
technical end-users on HR systems-related questions, tasks, projects and reports.
Excellent research, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with
attention to detail.
An independent, curious and proactive nature.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$115,000.
